This Privacy Policy explains how 180 Squared LLC (“180 Squared”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or anonymize your information except where retention is required or permitted by law.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update much of your information directly in your account settings, or contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law (including the GDPR and similar U.S. state privacy laws where applicable).
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and row-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
